We've all heard the stereotype that women are bad drivers. Hell, I've even heard some people praise Saudi Arabia's ban on women driving and claim that it was the best move the country has made. And while there may be some studies that claim that women may be more accident prone than men on the road, concrete evidence has yet to be found, until now!

A woman has recently been found guilty of the most expensive car crash ever recorded causing an estimated $1,125,000 in damages. Yes you read right, that's one million one hundred and twenty five thousand dollars. What did she crash into you ask? 5 of the most expensive cars found on this earth. And where? Right in the middle of Place du Casino in Monaco; talk about being embarrassed.

She was apparently trying to navigate her way through a tight opening when she scratched her first victim a Mercedes S-Class ($125,000). Panicking, she then followed to ram into a Ferrari F-430 ($235,000). An Aston Martin Rapide ($250,000) and a Porsche Carrera 911 ($135,000) were part of the collateral damage.

Finally, to add insult to injury, the driver was driving a Bentley Azure ($410,000), which needs it's bumpers and left side door replaced, and on top of that she was a BLONDE!

Good luck shaking this one off ladies!

Enjoy the pics of the mayham and good laugh!

It is one thing to take a car and tweak it to perform a little better, but it's a completely whole new world when you take the latter and tinker around with it to blow your mind.

That is exactly what Mercedes plans to do with its all new 2012 C-Class Coupe. Being the only car in its class to get the Black Series treatment, this baby sure does pack a nice punch with the knock-out made possible by having the car's weight reduced by 44 pounds, its exterior uniquely modified, and its interior equipped with race inspired bucket seats.

Moreover, under the hood, this baby will sport a 6.2L V8 engine giving you 510hp at the beck and call of your lucky toes that'll allow you to intimidate the most bravest of passengers.

As for price, nothing is set in stone, but since it is a Black Series it is expected to cost a bit more than its C63 AMG sibling. But until they get their pricing ducks in a row and have this monster terrorizing your streets next January, you can check out her pics after the break.
Here is last sunday's episode of Top Gear. In it, they pit the Mclaren MP4-12C against the Ferrari 458 Italia.
While Jeremy Clarkson does come up with a few good points about how the Ferrari is a little more fun to drive, the Mclaren MP4-12C turns all that into non-sense once you push her on the track.

Enjoy these clips before they get ripped off of youtube.

You read write, it's Porsche Cajun, and it's gonna be as seasoned as they come.

Although not as spicy as its more popular and larger sibling the Cayenne, the Cajun aims to deliver the same punch in a smaller, more agile, package.

It will be borrowing many elements from its cousins in the VW family, notably the Q5, as Porsche will be using Audi’s Q5 chassis and 3.0L V6 and 2.0L TFSI V4 engines to power the Cajun with 300bhp and 250bhp respectively. Moreover, a 3.6L V6 turbocharged engine pumping out 350bhp and 3.0L V6 TDI diesel engine will also be offered down the line.

The car looks like a Porsche and most definitely will run like one. It will come in a 5 door configuration, but talks of it being offered in a 3 door configuration are also out there.

This car also opens a whole new segment for Porsche pushing families that loved the Cayenne but wanted something smaller to continue considering Porsche for their cross-over SUV purchases. Furthermore, it they do produce a 3 door model, Porsche will be going head to head with the only other luxury 3 door cross-over SUV out there: the Land Rover Evoque.

I for one am looking forward to this car.

So this is the famous Lebanese professional rally drive Abdo Feghali, known for his coolness while driving. He has this series of videos online where he brings in different people into the car and takes them on a fun ride in a course while checking for their reactions at his good - but dangerous- driving/drifting. Here are a few examples of what passengers have done on this ride.

A long time ago, there was a circuit called the Migla Millia. On it cars raced day and night. Fast they were and quickly they swerved around every corner of its gravel track. Yet one car held and still holds the highest average speed record for that track (166 Km/h) and it is the famed 328 by BMW.

This year marks the 75th anniversary since the 328 rolled out of the BMW factory walls. In homage to this great automobile, BMW has designed the 328 Hommage: a concept car celebrating the acclaimed history of the 328.

It is powered by a 3.0L six cylinder engine. While this is all we know of the insides of the 328, its exterior design reveals to us the beauty and vision of BMW's design house.

It's been 50 years since Aston Martin and Zagato, an Italian design house, teamed up together to give us the 1961 Aston Martin DB4 GT Zagato. And now, in honor of their 50th anniversary they present the world with the Aston Martin V12 Zagato displayed at last week's Concorso d'Elegenza Villa d'Este.

It is an astonishing automobile with a design that stays true to its 1960s predecessor. The body was hand made since it was not possible to build it using machines with each aluminum sheet designed seperately and then molded together to form the panel. The wing alone is made up of seven pieces.

Underneath its beautiful exterior. the Zagato maintains the Aston Martin's V12 6.0L Engine churning out 500 bhp and 420lb/ft of torque.

Check this wonder out and it's predecessor in the pictures to follow.

    Enjoy!

Every year it comes and it goes and every year I get all exited like a little school girl who just got a pony for her B-day!

Yes Ladies and Gentlemen, the Jordan Rally is upon us once again.

As the forth stage in the World Rally Championship (WRC), the only one located in the Middle-East, and the third stage of the Middle-East Rally Champion (MERC), the Jordan Rally offers its participants a chance to challenge their skills on its hard and highly technical all gravel tracks all the while attracting drivers the world over such as France's Sebastien Ogier (a returning participant and last year's WRC Jordan Rally winner).
What do you do when you have a sick ride and even sicker driving skills? You street race of course! And if the cops ever bother you, just do doughnuts around them all the while insinuating a significant disdain for the law (in other words a big F YOU!). Wouldn't that be the life.

Yet, apparently that's exactly what some courageous driver from somewhere in East Asia did.

But let's be honest, these cops were a little to optimistic to think that they could catch up to him in their modest rides..

The only thing that can outshine all of the wonderful cars that are displayed at motor shows are the heavenly models that stand beside them. And to be honest, you can't have one without the other. So here's a tribute to all of those beautiful ladies that make such events a much nicer place to be.

Video and pictures after the break,

This was Geneva's show stopper and arguably one of the best concept cars unveiled at the motor show. The 4C is Alfa Romeo's foray into the compact performance coupes (think Mercedes SLK and company). This wonderfully crafted automobile is made from a mixture of aluminium and carbon fiber keepings its overall curbweight at 1870 pounds. Couple the latter with Alfa's customary turbo charged 4 cylinder 1.7L Turbo engine pumping out 200+ bhp and the 4C is capable of 0-100 km/h in less than five seconds.

Reasonably priced at 40,000 and globally set for sale in 2012, the 4C will be the comeback of the Alfa Romeo Spider charm.

Today is the day that the new Lamborghini Aventador will be unveiled at the Geneva Motor show and as previously mentioned in my earlier post it will be a powerful car that will be contending with the best from Modena.

The Aventador will sport a V12 Engine that can churn out 691 horses out of its wonderfully crafted exhaust. All the while, it will be the first Lamborghini to have a monocoque, in other words, a unibody cockpit. The latter was made through a collaboration with Boeing, constructed entirely out of carbon fiber, and weighs in at 321.4 pounds making the Aventador a lighter and more powerful car compared to its predecessor the Murcielago.

But what we've learnt from experience is that all of that power in the hands of the average driver is a recipe for disaster (judging by the numerous youtube videos out there). And if you were thinking : "Oh a carbon fiber body. That can't be fixed anywhere if it got damaged." Then you are correct! But fear not my prospective Aventador owner, for Lamborghini will train three specialist that will fly to you and fix your precious car for you; they will be Lamborghini's flying doctors. Each of these specialists will be handed carbon fiber repair kits that will allow them to fix most of the carbon fiber damage at predetermined repair centers.

Phew! Now you know the $378,995 you'll put down for this baby aren't going to waste.

Check out the all new unveiled Lamborghini Aventador after the break,
    Enjoy!!

The Geneva Motor Show is getting more and more exiting by the day. Here's another car that is due to be presented during the event, the B99 Jaguar, which is a collaboration between Jaguar and Bertone an Italian house of design who has been in business for an impressive 99 years, hence the B99 title.

This concept Jaguar will be a compact four dour sedan distinghished by strong and muscular lines that remind us of the Jaguars of old. Its rear end takes inspiration from the classic design of the Jaguar Daimler, while its front end looks to its most recent siblings for design cues. It will be powered by a full hybrid long range power system tuned by Bertone Energy (something Bertone has been experimenting with for a while).

Such a collaboration is not the first of its kind between Jaguar and Bertone as they have previously worked together to give us the 1957 XK150, the 1966 Jaguar FT Concept, 1967 Jaguar Priana, and the 1977 Jaguar Ascot.

I can barely change the tire on my car, yet these guys can do it on two wheels while moving! Imagine how much time this would save formula one drivers if they could pull this off.

Between you and me the Fiat 500 is one hell of a car. Last summer I had the opportunity to drive it and let's just say that it may have been the most fun I've had on four wheels in a while. On top of that, I think it's one of the Best looking luxury compacts out there with lucrative market potential, leading others to follow suit (i.e. Aston Martin's Cygnet). Many variations of the Fiat 500 have been presented since its release, the most notable of them being the Fiat 500 C Abarth. However, just when you though it couldn't get any better, Fiat goes on to collaborate with Gucci (yes that Gucci!) to create a one of a kind ride.

The official unveiling will be on March 1st at their website www.500bygucci.it.

But for now, you can check out its pictures and related merchandise after the break.

What do you get when you cross a bull and a 700 bhp V12 engine? The Lamborghini LP700-4 of course.

Lambo's new flagship ride is bound to be unveiled at the Geneva Motor, for which I now am beginning to regret not being able attend. Not much has been known about the car, and the spy shots, although gratuitous, only show the general form of the vehicle without giving its subtle design lines away. Nonetheless, we can see clear indicators of design cues passed over from two breathtaking previous models, the first being the Lamborghini Reventon, and namely for the shape of the LP700-4's front bumper, lights, and rear spoiler, while the second comes from the Lamborghini Sesto Elemento concept, unvieled last november, which heavily influenced the LP700-4's sides with the huge air intakes placed towards the mid-rear of the car.

Due to be unveiled in this year's Geneva motor show. the new 2012 C-Class coupe will be venturing into the highly competitive arena of luxury mid-sized coupes filled with the BMW 3-series Coupe, the Audi A5, and the Cadillac CTS Coupe.
This the behind the scenes real of the best VW commercial I've seen in a while!!

So funny and very well done!!!

May the force be with you!
